Our staff is focused on developing Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at each campus . A PLC is defined as educators committed to working collaboratively in ongoing processes of collective inquiry and action research to achieve better results for the students they serve.
Staff meet on Staff Development Mondays to discuss state standards, share students work samples or test results and determine instructional next steps to best support our students in learning the academic material.
Staff also review research-based methods for improving instruction.
